We offer free shipping on specific orders worldwide. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Customs duties / Import Taxes are not included in the displayed price.
We will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. Follow the best practices in providing a shipping address to avoid delivery delays.
USA & other countries: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.
India: There is a requirement for extra verification before receiving the package. The courier will contact you to fill up a KYC FORM online. Please make sure that the Shipping address you provided during your order is the same as written in your I.D.
Saudi Arabia: Please provide your Registered National Address. The National Addressing is a unified system consisting of six main parts, they are: Building Number, Street Name, District , City, Postal Code or Zip Code, Secondary Number.
Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the order.
DISPATCH AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are dispatched and fulfilled within 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please note that all orders are sent on Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.
Customs fees, import tax, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to your country from the UAE could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Note: India customs fees, tariffs are almost 100% of the value of the products.
Fees are calculated based on the weight, box dimensions, location or country. We offer Free Shipping on certain locations if the order reaches a specific amount, you will be notified when you are eligible for it during checkout.
All items will be delivered via Aramex & DHL. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified via email with the carrier and tracking information. We encourage customers to track the parcel and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up. Please get in touch with us immediately if you do not receive a tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to personally track your package and verify the delivery.
REFUSED / RETURNED PACKAGE
Packages in the UPS/ DHL/ Aramex returned to us due to customer's non-compliance will fall under the Return Policy. Shipping and return fees are nonrefundable and deductible from the outstanding amount of the order.
If refused packages due to non-compliance or for any reasons that may occur, DHL / UPS/Aramex will destroy the packages. We do not refund the amount of the Order paid to us.
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the packages at the shipping address provided and to follow up on their shipments through the tracking information sent by us. Any other changes and delivery instructions must be communicated through the courier.
Once the order is made, fulfilled and under the carrier’s care; the customer has agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
The customer / buyer of our products is responsible for any payable VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by their country of residence for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees out of the UAE and cannot provide an estimated cost, as charges depend on their Local Customs may vary around the world. We suggest customers speak to their local postal or customs office for clarification and get an idea of any fees that may apply.
We have the right to disclaim delivery delays due to local custom screening and revisions in some countries. Unexpected delays on common holidays esp. during high seasons (Black-Friday, Christmas, etc.) and uncontrollable events like weather or natural disasters etc...
Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 5-8 business days in receiving your order (some International countries might affect). We appreciate your patience and we are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines.
