This is the absolute best hair fiber product you will find. I’ve pretty much tried them all. I can’t praise the formulation enough. It has NONE of the issues that often come with hair fibers. It doesn’t get all over the place, doesn’t cake up, and doesn’t transfer to fabric, including a pillowcase (lazy one night and forgot to wash it out at end of day, but no worries. Wow!) Been a fan of Jason’s videos..amazing to see stylists who KNOW how to style men’s hair. And I’m now a proud fan of the products.

Having watched a video on you tube I decided to order extra hair fibers as I wanted to use it for my daughter's wedding. What I have to say is that those extra hair fibers are by far the best compared to others I have used so far. What impressed me most above all is the unique kindness of Mr Makki and his supporting team who did their best to send me the fibers to catch the date of my daughter's wedding and they really made it
.In addition, Mr Makki offered me his professional advice on how to use the product effectively. My barber did not use the advice as i asked him because you know sometimes they take pride in believing that they know better so i asked my son to do the trick and believe me some hours before the wedding he followed the instructions of Jason and he made the miracle. I was a happy fifty year old father standing next to his daughter at the wedding and nobody took notice of what i had done on my head. Hätte nicht gedacht dass es so unglaublich gut wirkt. Habe sehr krausige Locken die immer viel Arbeit gemacht haben und selten wirklich gut aussahen. Das Treatment dauerte bei meinen halblangen Haaren leider 7 Stunden, ich war fix und fertig. Hält aber mittlerweile seit 2 Monaten, meine Haare sind komplett glatt und glänzend. Klar wächst der Ansatz wieder raus und ich föhne nach dem Waschen auch immer die Haare glatt. Zudem benutze ich ein Shampoo ohne Sulfate (Bonscure moisture, nur alle 3 Tage!), was das Kerstin nicht so schnell auswäscht. Nicht das beiliegende Shampoo für die regelmäßige Reinigung nutzen, das ist nur als Tiefenreinigung für das Treatment gedacht! Das Kerstin wird mir noch für eine 2. Anwendung reichen. Es riecht zwar etwas komisch, ist aber ohne Formaldehyd, also unschädlich und insgesamt ok. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich super, empfehle es gerne weiter! 👍

Can it grow my hair back?
No. Extra Hair Fibers is a cosmetic product made of cotton with mineral-based colours. It does not grow hair. It clings to your existing hair so thinning areas look fuller, and washes out with shampoo.
How long can I keep the Hair Fibers in my hair?
You can keep them overnight with minimal touch-ups in the morning, lasting up to 2 days unless you wash it. We do not suggest leaving the fibers in for more than 2 days without washing.
Are the Hair Fibers permanent?
No. It is temporary and washable.
My scalp is itchy after using the hair fibers. What could be the reason?
Proper hair care and hygiene matter alongside styling. Always apply the Hair Fibers on fresh, clean, dry, styled hair. We recommend washing your hair before and after using any products.
Itching can also come from scalp sensitivity to the hair spray used to hold the fibers. Our hair fibers are made of cotton. If irritation continues, stop using the product and wash your hair.
How often can I use the 27.5g Bottle of Extra Hair Fibers?
Depending on coverage, up to 2 full applications for a large area, 4 to 5 for a medium area, and 15 to 30 touch-ups on a small area.
How long can I keep the opened Extra Hair Fiber Bottle?
You can keep the opened bottle for up to 6 months.
I hear a solid material inside the bottle. What is that?
You can open the bottle lid; it is at your discretion to keep or remove the Silica Gel packet. It is only placed inside the bottle to remove moisture and fiber clumping.
How should I store my Extra Hair Fibers?
Keep it dry and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Can I use this Keratin Treatment at home?
Yes, if you can do the entire process. You may want a helper during the ironing step, which is the most crucial part of the treatment.
If it is not done properly, you may not achieve the desired effect. Follow the instructions carefully before you start. If this is not feasible, take it to a salon and let someone else do it for you.

Is one 250ml bottle of Keratin Protein enough to straighten my hair?
Based on our experience, it covers up to 10 heads of short hair (men's hair), 5 heads of medium hair, or 3 heads of long hair.
Is the Keratin Treatment safe for white or colour-treated hair?
Yes, it is safe. White or colour-treated hair may turn one shade lighter from the heat exposure during drying and ironing. This is common across all keratin treatments.
When can I dye or colour my hair after a Keratin Treatment?
Do the Keratin Treatment (Step 1 and Step 2) first, then your hair colour. Use the Keratin Mask weekly to maintain smoothness and nourishment.
My white hair turned yellowish after the Keratin Treatment. How do I fix it?
Our Keratin Treatment is white or transparent liquid; it does not colour hair. Heat can affect pigment on white hair in 5 of 10 cases. Fix it with purple shampoo, or apply a hair dye close to your target shade for 10 minutes. This is a temporary solution and fades after about 10 washes.
Is the Keratin ingredient sourced from animals?
No. Our Keratin is Hydrolyzed Wheat Amino Acids (vegan protein). All our Keratin products are tested on human hair. Cruelty-free.
The Keratin Treatment did not last long. Hair went back to wavy after a few days. Why?
Two likely causes:
1. The ironing step was not completed correctly, especially the pass count.
2. Strong curls and thick hair density. Our product is 100% formaldehyde-free, which means a gentler but weaker bond than formaldehyde formulas. You can redo the process after a week. Second applications typically hold better.
How long will Keratin Treatment results last?
Up to 6 months with sulfate-free aftercare. Retouch new hair growth every 1 to 2 months.
How much is delivery in the UAE?
Delivery within the UAE is AED 17, and free on orders of AED 80 or more. Every order is sent with tracking.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Dubai with DHL. The shipping cost for your country is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, except UAE public holidays. You receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves us.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are paid by the receiver on delivery. Read our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email support@jasonmakki.com first. Details in our Refund Policy.
