There are a variety of reasons why COVID-19 may impact the shipping process within your region. These are the most common reasons:

  • The amount of flights and other logistic traffic significantly decreased globally which can cause limitations and affect the transit time of your order to be longer than normal.
  • Some delays are due to the accumulation of parcels that were not loaded during an incident and may have been pending to be released after the first bulk shipments are decreased and successfully delivered.
  • It may occur that our shipping partners are understaffed due to COVID-19, this causes their operations and processing to take longer than usual.
  • Some shipping areas are restricted for deliveries as decided by your country's government officials.

Yes, it is safe; however, white hair and color-treated hair may turn one shade lighter because of the several heat exposures during the hair drying and hair ironing process your hair has undergone during the treatment depending on the hair condition, texture, and color.

Make sure to use the Keratin Mask to maintain smoothness and add nourishment to hair.

Our Keratin Treatment Products are white/transparent liquid. Heat affects color pigments and disturbs the color of white hair. It is not able to color the hair.

It may happen due to the hair’s reaction to the heat process. Only 5 out of 10 people with white hair can have this common effect. However, our product is Formaldehyde Free and is safe and effective.

It can be solved by using a purple shampoo when it becomes yellowish or using a hair dye suitable/close to the shade of your hair color for 10 minutes. This is a temporary solution and can fade after 10 washes.

No. Our Keratin products are made of Hydrolyzed Wheat Amino Acids (Vegan Proteins). All our Keratin Products are tested on human hair. We are proud Cruelty-Free.

There could be plenty of factors:

1. One of the Keratin Treatment steps needed to be done correctly, especially the Ironing part.

2. Strong curls and thick hair density. Our product is 100% Formaldehyde Free. It means that our product is weaker than those with Formaldehyde or Phthalates. We have formulated our product to be safe for home use. You can redo the process after a week. The second time would have a better result than the first.

Extra Hair Fibers FAQ

Extra Hair Fibers is an aesthetic product. It is made of Cotton and mineral-based colorants; it cannot grow lost hair. It does not have healing properties against hair loss and thinning.

You can keep it overnight with minimal touch-ups in the morning, lasting up to 2 days unless you wash it. We do not suggest it stay in the head for more than 2 days without washing.

Proper hair care and hygiene are critical apart from styling. Always apply the Hair Fibers on fresh, clean, dry, and styled hair. We recommend our clients wash their hair before and after using any products.

This can also be a cause of your scalp's sensitivity to the hair spray you use to conceal the fibers. Our hair fibers are made of Natural Cotton and Fibers. Safe and hypoallergenic.

Depending on the coverage, up to 2 times use when you have a large area to cover up, 4 to 5 times use for medium, and 15 to 30 times touch up on small areas.

You can keep the opened/ used bottle for up to 6 months.

You can open the bottle lid; it is at your discretion to keep or remove the Silica Gel packet. It is only placed inside the bottle to remove moisture and fiber clumping.
