Will hair fibers grow my hair back?
No. Extra Hair Fibers are a cosmetic concealer, not a hair growth treatment. They cover thinning areas instantly but do not regrow hair.
How long do the fibers stay in my hair?
Until your next wash. With hairspray, fibers resist wind, rain and light sweat. Heavy sweating or swimming will require reapplication.
Are hair fibers safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes. The fibers are hypoallergenic, formaldehyde-free, and made from natural cotton and keratin.
Which shade should I choose?
Match to your existing hair colour. Gray matches salt-and-pepper hair, not pure white. If between shades, choose the darker one for a more natural blend.

Do you ship to my country?

Who pays customs?
Orders delivered outside the UAE may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by your country. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by you on delivery; the courier may contact you to pay first. See our Shipping policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been processed yet: email support@jasonmakki.com. Once dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our Refund policy applies.

Contact us straight away. Please check your address carefully at checkout: once the parcel has shipped, we cannot change it.
My order has not arrived yet.
Track it with the tracking number in your confirmation email. If the estimated date has passed, allow a few extra days for local postal delays, then email us with your order number and we will act right away.
My package was lost or stolen.
We cannot be responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. Use your tracking to verify delivery, and email support@jasonmakki.com if you need help.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Email us first. The shipping fee is non-refundable. See our Refund policy.
I received the wrong item.
Email us immediately, or within 24 hours, with photos of the item. We will get you the correct item, or refund you in full if it is out of stock.
My item arrived broken or damaged.
Check your parcel on delivery and email us immediately, or within 24 hours, with photos. If the damage is a manufacturing defect or happened in transit, we will replace the item.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Our checkout is PCI Level 1 compliant, the highest standard for card processing.
